#2 - Medieval Times

Eating at this restaurant is like going back in time. Medieval Times diner and tournament is a unique dinner theater which stages chivalric contests from the High Middle Ages. The first American Medieval Times Dinner Theater opened in Kissimmee, Florida in 1983. Since then, eight additional North American locations have opened.

The "royal" atmosphere is enhanced as more than 30 Medieval soundtracks play while guests eat a meal as it would have been served in the dark ages, without untensils! Guest must arrive one hour and a half before the show. Diners are greeted at the front of the delightful castle-like restaurant and theater. Guests are assigned one of the battling teams to support. Each team's cheering section, complete with crowns and pictures of their hero, sit opposite the arena from another across. Diners are treated to a dramatic love story that includes dressage, falconry, and jousting exhibitions.
